| Kalispel Case Line will repair or replace this
product free of charge if it is found to be defective in
material or workmanship or for breakage in ordinary use,
during the lifetime of the original consumer purchaser (exclusive
of color finishes). Product modification and military use
are not covered under this warranty. Product registration
is required within 14 days of purchase through an approved
KCL dealer. To obtain warranty service, ship case to KCL
along with a copy of original receipt. KCL will return case
repaired or replaced at our expense if damages are determined
to be covered under this warranty. This warranty shall be
in lieu of all other warranties expressed or implied, including
but not limited to any implied warranty of merchantability
or fitness for a particular purpose. |

Exclusion of Damages: Kalispel's liability
for any defective product is limited to adjustments, repairs
or, at Kalispel's option, the furnishing of replacement or
parts. Kalispel Case Line, its distributors, dealers, and
retailers shall not be held liable for: damage to other property
caused by defects in this product, damages based upon inconvenience
or loss of use of the product, loss of time, commercial loss;
Or: loss of equipment or goods stored in the product returned
to Kalispel Case Line. It is the user's responsibility to
ensure their property has been removed prior to shipment
to Kalispel Case Line; Or: any other damages, incidental,
consequential or otherwise.

Returns
If a manufacturing flaw is proven to
be the cause of a KCL case's failure, KCL will exchange
the flawed case for a replacement at our cost. Please contact
KCL for more information regarding any returns.

| Credit Card Charges
Disputed credit card charges that result in action from
the provider, otherwise known as "charge backs," through
Master Card, Visa, American Express, Discover, or Retriever
will result in a fee of $49.00 plus actual cost of collections.
Customer must adhere to all refund policies, and disputes
are not valid if they fall beyond the terms of this agreement
or any amendment invoice.
